Geoffrey Finlay, former Chief Executive Officer

Geoffrey Finlay brought more than 35 years of experience in the technology sector to his role as CEO at Logistyx Technologies, now part of E2open. A serial and successful entrepreneur who orchestrated Logistyx’s recent acquisition by E2open, he has served as CEO for both U.K. and U.S. public companies and has held chairmanships as well as non-executive director roles in public and venture-backed businesses. Geoffrey also led the sale of nCipher to Thales during his tenure as CEO and acted as managing director at JDA Software (now Blue Yonder) during the company’s NASDAQ floatation. Previously in his career, he served as chairman of UDEX Ltd. and CEO at Kewill Systems.

Ken Fleming, President & Chief Sales Officer

Ken oversees sales, product and service enhancements, and innovations at Logistyx, now part of E2open, and leads teams in charge of marketing and product development, focused on the industry’s most robust offering to parcel shippers around the globe. Since the mid-1990s, Ken has led successful launches of many new technologies and services, including supply chain management, e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise software and systems integration solutions. Prior to Logistyx, Ken most recently served as CEO of Eyefreight, where he grew revenue ten-fold during his five years at the company. Prior to Eyefreight, Ken served in a variety of executive and management roles at Transora, Kewill, Sterling Commerce, and other technology businesses.

Logistyx was honored for its collaborative work with its client, a top international pharmaceutical company that took the lead on COVID-19 vaccine development and distribution. As the pandemic swept the globe in 2020, our client worked tirelessly to fulfill vaccine shipment orders worldwide from several sites within the United States and parts of Europe. Since the early days of the pandemic, the pharma company invested in the infrastructure necessary to distribute its vaccine safely and securely.

To meet the complex shipping requirements of the life-saving vaccine shipments, the pharma company turned to its partner, Logistyx Technologies. Logistyx expanded the pharma company’s shipping capabilities to incorporate shipping directly from manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Europe. Data produced by Logistyx was automatically fed to the carriers to aid in carrier-provided customs clearance and accelerate the international shipping process.

By mid-December 2020, the pharma company shipped 2.9 million doses of its COVID-19 vaccine to locations specified by the U.S. government around the country, with that number climbing both nationally and internationally well into the first half of 2021.
