And No Sign of Stopping! Built in Chicago Highlights Logistyx Technologies Remarkable Rate of Growth

Logistyx CEO Geoffrey Finlay shared his insights into Logistyx’s recent and rapid rate of growth in the U.S. and hinted to where the organization will head in 2019. States Finlay in a recent article featured in Built in Chicago, “We more than doubled our headcount at Rolling Meadows and will probably triple it by the end of the first quarter… The reason why this was done in such a compressed time frame was because of increased lead generation. It was really pure customer demand.” Beyond helping Logistyx manage the influx of new leads, the hiring sprint has also provided Logistyx with the opportunity to increase gender parity on its team. “This industry used to be fairly male-dominated,” said Finlay. “What I’m quite pleased about is that a significant number of our new recruits have been women who have been hired for fairly senior roles.” In addition to hiring, Logistyx is planning to release a new version of its flagship transportation management software for parcel shipping, TME, that supports a broader range of functionality.
