Chief Executive Officer

Kevin V. Cox

Kevin leads Logistyx Technologies as its CEO, guiding ongoing improvements to Logistyx Technologies’ multi-national integrated carrier network, predictive analytics engine, robust portfolio of products and global sales and support infrastructure. Prior to joining Logistyx, Kevin served as CEO of Agile Network and as a general manager at UPS, overseeing the carrier’s ConnectShip and iShip services and leading ConnectShip to $6B in enabled transport value. A Supply and Demand Chain Executive “Pro to Know,” Kevin received a JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law, executive education from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University and an MBA and BS in Management from Oral Roberts University.



Chief Revenue Officer & SVP of Business Development

Linda C. Elliott

Linda brings a wealth of enterprise sales expertise to Logistyx Technologies, where she oversees a global team of sales professionals focused on helping businesses see a more complete picture of what’s happening with their parcel shipping and better understand where gains can be made. Prior to joining Logistyx, Linda managed a $500M division of Siebel Systems that maintained the highest client satisfaction scores for six straight quarters and oversaw strategic partnerships with HP, NEC and Microsoft. She also led a $200M sales and services region for IBM and served in enterprise sales at BankAmerica and FleetBoston. Linda earned a MA in Education and Mathematics from Stanford and a BA in Mathematics from UC Berkeley.



Chief Product Officer and SVP of Marketing

Ken Fleming

Ken oversees product and service enhancements and innovations at Logistyx and leads teams in charge of marketing and product development focused on bringing the industry’s most robust offering to shippers around the globe. Since the mid-1990s, Ken has led successful launches of many new technologies and services, including supply chain management, e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise software and systems integration solutions. Ken most recently served as CEO of Eyefreight, where he grew revenue ten-fold during his five years at the company. Prior to Eyefreight, Ken served in a variety of executive and management roles at Transora, Kewill, Sterling Commerce and other technology businesses. Ken studied computer science at Mohawk College.



Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Innovation

Peter Nicholls

Peter leads the team of technologists and engineers responsible for integrating Logistyx solutions with the systems of more than 500 carriers around the world and bringing shippers the best of cloud-based and on-premise solutions to enable shippers to reduce shipping costs by as much as 40 percent or more. Before joining Logistyx, Peter founded Pantechnik International and was the chief architect of the company’s software solution, which is now a key component of the Logistyx product suite. Earlier, Peter served in various executive and management roles for Pitney Bowes and TanData (later named ConnectShip), where he was named on the patent for the world’s first client-server shipping software and rose to become president & COO before the company’s sale to UPS. Peter studied engineering at Imperial College of London and computer science at the University of Tulsa.


Matthew Fira

 

Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Administration

Matthew Fira

Matt manages financial strategy and operations for Logistyx, ensuring the company delivers growing value to its stakeholders through balanced growth and sound fiscal management. Since the mid-1990s, Matthew has served the communications and logistics industries starting as a controller and then as a successful CFO. Most recently he served as the CFO of Vertrauen Chemie Solutions, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and initial capitalization of the company in order to build it through simultaneous multistate carve-out acquisitions. Before that he served as the Consulting CFO for JMF Consulting. Matthew graduated from Southern Methodist University –  Cox School of Business with a BS in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.


Managing Director and SVP of International Market Development

Mark Nicholls

Over the last 25 years Mark has been an entrepreneur and has held senior management roles in a range of media and technology businesses. He has set up or run companies in more than 10 countries and has delivered solutions to clients throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. Mark read law at University College London and began training as a chartered accountant in the City of London. In his early twenties he decided to focus on journalism working for the Daily Telegraph and other newspapers and subsequently for a number of national television news programmes, eventually becoming Business Correspondent for Sky News. Before joining Logistyx Technologies, Mark was chief executive of Pantechnik Systems Ltd, delivering transportation management solutions to global enterprises from offices in London, Amsterdam and Singapore.


Senior VP of Professional Services and InfoSec

Michael Murphy

Michael brings over 25 years of advanced logistics technology expertise to his role at Logistyx. He has extensive experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting sophisticated shipping management execution systems for various vertical markets, including eCommerce, retail, manufacturing and third-party logistics enterprises. Prior to joining Logistyx, he founded and served as CEO for Ajillus Inc., a multi-carrier shipping software company for 20 years. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for planning, executing, and supporting critical communications systems for the Joint Staff and Secretary of Defense and the intelligence community. Michael holds an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from George Washington University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Washington University in St. Louis.


Senior VP, Customer Service and Technical Support

Craig Huskey

Craig brings 29 years of experience in project management, process improvement and customer service within the shipping execution industry. Prior to Logistyx Technologies, Craig was a Principal at Agile Network, a project manager for Kewill solutions, and also service manager with Evcor. Craig’s passion for customer service is reflected daily in his consistent delivery of service excellence. Craig holds a technical degree from Ranken Technical College.
