Fortunately, we have always invested in our technology to meet the increasing expectations of the “on demand” culture in which we live, and as a long-standing cloud service provider, we already had a dedicated emergency team as well as information security, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans in place – all of which we test regularly – to ensure the continuation of services in the event of a crisis. Among many benefits, these plans have enabled a swift and seamless transition to secure, remote work worldwide, including for our Professional Services teams.
Aligning with Public Health Authorities
Our top priority remains the health and safety of our employees as well as the employees of our customers, partners, and vendors, and we are taking all necessary measures to ensure no one is put at risk. Our leadership team is closely monitoring updates from the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials, and government agencies. We have restricted travel, limited the size of meetings, provided remote-work solutions, and continued to insist on safe behavior in every environment – from customer businesses to Logistyx offices worldwide. Taking advantage of our high-tech tools and infrastructure, we are also enabling remote work for our offices in Europe and Asia, where governments have suggested self-isolation.
