Business Intelligence Account Executive

Logistyx’ clients are some of world’s largest and most progressive eCommerce or distribution based organizations. We implement Transportation Management Execution solutions which automate and enable our clients to quickly and effectively ‘ship’ orders across their supply chain. Complementing this solution are Business Intelligence Tools providing procurement planning, visibility, dashboard views, reporting and financial audit capabilities. We are presently seeking an Account Manager to oversee our clients use of these Business Intelligence tools. In this position, you’ll:

  • Maintain and grow client experience. Identify areas of increased usage of the Visibility, audit and Business Intelligence Tools or other Logistyx products/services, resulting in additional client penetration with revenue growth for Logistyx.
  • Within a team environment, be the source of expertise with use of our Business Intelligence tools for clients to identify and communicate areas of transportation spend savings initiatives, improved supply chain decision-making.
  • Collaborate with our vendor partner (software) on initiatives, identify and communicate product improvements, application problems, strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our sales executives to assist as necessary throughout the sales cycle as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Solicit assistance from other team members to provide support and information to satisfy client needs.

Director, Digital Lead Generation

Logistyx is seeking a digital lead generation all-star who has a high level of enthusiasm, leadership, professionalism and integrity to design, execute and maintain effective digital lead generation programs that support global sales objectives.  A key leadership role on the marketing team, this position will oversee both the email marketing automation strategy as well as the digital ad strategy. Major areas of accountability include developing and implementing digital lead generation programs across the entire funnel, leveraging email marketing automation, paid digital and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing funnel management, multi-channel campaign creation/strategy, and Hubspot and Salesforce management, reporting & analysis.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to incorporate content, SEO/SEM, social, website, events, and more, into cohesive integrated campaigns.
  • Own email marketing execution from end to end. Manage the daily set-up of one-time and automated email campaigns including content and messaging, email template creation & editing (HTML), brand style execution, list segmentation, scheduling, deployment, measuring, testing, optimization and reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drives conversion improvements.
  • Communicate campaign results, both written and verbal, to marketing leadership and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Software Engineer – Singapore

We are looking for a senior software engineer to develop and configure our global Transportation Management System (TMS) in our Singapore office. You will join a team of talented software engineers who work collaboratively with our customers and internal teams.  The responsibilities of this position include:

  • As a Senior C#/.Net developer, you will build our Transportation Management System for a global customer base.
  • Directly influence the development of our architecture including integration with larger ERP or other third-party systems such as Warehouse and Order Management Systems.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Support Engineer – Singapore

Our Singapore office is looking for a Support Engineer to deliver support to the global customer base for our Transportation Management System. First level support is mainly provided by our customers, addressing basic operational functionality. The Logistyx Support Engineer will address the functionality of our applications.  Issues include the resolution of processing, logic, and manifesting errors. In addition, software configuration, report building, and creating carrier status integrations is also part of this role. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding Logistyx’s products by answering e-mails or incoming phone calls from customers and troubleshooting technical problems in a fast and clear manner.
  • Build further analysis of issues raised by our customers’ level 1 support. The analysis aims to resolve issues structurally and to prevent (new) problems pro-actively.
  • Produce high-quality analysis explaining the issue that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, clearly defining the current situation versus the (desired/proposed) solution.
  • Document interactions with customers via the ticket system including a clear root cause and solution.
  • Identify customer wishes and translate these in change requests for new functionality.
